More information and our policies 

We currently do not accept email appointment requests. Please call the salon at 773-687-9990 or utilize our online booking system if you would like to make an appointment.

Credit card details will be requested upon checkout of your first appointment to secure all future bookings. Some Services may require this information prior to booking. We understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice. If any cancellation is not made with more than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Missed appointments are subject to charge in the full amount.

For the safety and the comfort of our customers, all patrons must be at least 12 years old. We ask children younger than 12 be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who is not receiving services, at all times.

Please note, we accept cash or personal checks only for gratuity.  There is an ATM located within the salon for your convenience. 

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.  Product returns will be for store credit only towards another product, accompanied by a receipt or purchase history in our database.  We pride ourselves in creating the best customer experience possible. If there is anything we can do to improve upon your experience, please let us know within 12 days of your service so we can achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
