We recommend to have washed your hair anywhere within 48 hours of a color appointment so color can properly process on your hair. If you use product on your hair we recommend washing before you come in. You do not need to have clean hair if you are getting a haircut, a wash is included in the service.
We do! But Its only in the winter when salt/snow is on the ground though! We know it’s a little unconventional, but we’ve found that not allowing outside shoes during these times makes everyone’s experience more enjoyable. You are more than welcome to bring your own “inside shoes” but also know that we have a full size run of Crocs brand clogs (Crocs’ commitment to sustainability aligns with our and Davine’s values).
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also take exact cash. For safety reasons we dont keep change on hand.
Yes! All of our stylists accept tips.

We encourage all of our guests to bring whatever they need to keep them comfortable for their appointment. You are also more than welcome to have food or beverages delivered to the salon.
We are an intimate space. Please refrain from bringing anyone with you to your appointment for any reason. If you do have to bring someone with you, they must remain in our waiting area. We ask that children younger than 12 be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who is not receiving a service, at all times. We unfortunately will have to reschedule you if you arrive without someone to accompany your children and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Unfortunately no. We highly encourage the use of earbuds while in our space

We recommend waiting at least 48 hours to wash your hair.
For root touch ups and on the scalp highlights we recommend no more than 8 weeks for maintenance. For balayage services we recommend every 12 weeks or once a season.
You can book a bang trim with the stylist that cut your hair within 90 days of your appointment.
