Behind the chair, Michelle is easygoing, approachable, and not afraid to let her goofy side shine—though she’s always focused, detail-oriented, and professional when it comes to her craft. She believes great hair should feel effortless, personalized, and a little bit joyful.

When she’s not in the salon, you can usually find Michelle mom-ing, planning her next travel adventure, petting every dog she meets, or sending her husband TikToks (even though he doesn’t have the app).
